Hermann Zapf has died. Creator of Palatino, Optima, Zapf Dingbats and other well-known fonts, he died on June 6th aged 96.
Also, numerous sources say that Christopher Lee has died, aged 93.

One assumes that he won't be getting up again if someone spills some blood on his coffin...
