Hugos and Retro-Hugos - short dramatic presentation

I've just made my nominations. Nothing in particular I want to recommend in most categories, but I do have two for best short dramatic presentation that may not immediately come to mind:

For 2015

Person Of Interest 4.11 - "If, Then, Else" - the lovely one with The Machine trying to solve an insoluble problem and keep all of the human protagonists unharmed, and nearly succeeding.

For 1941

Dumbo - it's too short to get the long form award, but I think it's eminently worthy of consideration.

later - except that things nominated for 1941 have to originate in 1940 - Dumbo is out, Fantasia is in.

Alas, the 1941 Retro Hugos are for work from 1940, so the Disney offerings are Fantasia and Pinocchio. Not a bad choice, mind you.

I've been thinking about BDP short. The Doctor Who episode with the matter transmitter loop is one of my thoughts. (There has to be a Doctor Who episode.) The Agents of SHIELD episode 4722 Hours, possibly. Need to work out my favourite episode of Orphan Black. Maybe an episode of Agent Carter. I'm also wondering about Jonathan Strange and Mr Norrell

I'm still working my way through season 2 of Person of Interest. (5USA stopped halfway through at Christmas and are only just starting it again.)

Hadn't even thought about 1940. Fantasia is good.

That Doctor Who is probably the best choice from the last series, I suppose, can't say I was overwhelmingly in love with any of them to be honest.

Fantasia qualifies for the long category, I haven't really found anything for the short category that interests me much.
