I've just read all of [syndicated profile] questionable_content_feed over a week or so. For some reason I'd never read it before, now I'm hooked. What I'd like to know is if there's any way to give the author money that isn't a regular Patreon payment or buying a T-shirt or something. Is there a tip jar on the site I've somehow missed, or something of the sort?

Sorted thanks to [personal profile] timill - it's in the teeny text at the bottom of every page!

Check out the big brain on Timill!

I'm a big fan of QC, and have been following it since near the beginning.

I love QC. And the recent stories have been really very good.

Yay! I've been following QC for almost 10 years, and I still read it daily. Fantastic little series.

I must have been following it for at least ten years, because I remember reading it when I was still in California. (OMG has it been that long?) While it deals with difficult topics at times, it's a genuinely joyful thing to read over the long term.

It's a *wonderful* strip isn't it? I've been addicted for years. If you check out his latest entries you'll see that he's appealing for help on Kickstarter to publish his latest collection. One option (which I've gone for) will get you all the previously published collections as pdfs. However, there's also an option at the top of the list to simply donate without taking him up on any of the options for rewards.

I think I must have seen one of the more mundane early strips, not realised how much SF it contained, and subsequently ignored it.

This is the comic strip? I'm afraid I don't have an answer, but I want to agree with your appreciation of it. It's really quite clever how the sf elements are interwoven into a slice of life storyline.
