We provide each title complete in .PDF. Like all Bundle of Holding titles, these ebooks have NO DRM (Digital Restrictions Management), and our customers are entitled to move them freely among all their devices. (By publisher request, the DriveThruRPG versions of some of these files are inobtrusively watermarked.)
Ten percent of each purchase (after gateway fees) goes to this Apocalypse Engine offer's pandemic-related charity, Direct Relief. Direct Relief sends protective gear and critical care medications to health workers, with emergency deliveries to medical facilities across the US and to regional response agencies across the world.
The total retail value of the titles in this all-new Apocalypse Engine 5 offer is US$113.50. Customers who pay just US$9.95 get all five complete games in our Starter Collection (retail value $46) as DRM-free ebooks, including Last Fleet (Black Armada, retail price $20), Pigsmoke: An RPG of Sorcerous Academia (Certain Death, retail $11), and three "ashcan" (preview) editions of forthcoming Magpie Games RPGs (retail $5 each): Crossroads Carnival: One Night Only Edition, Passing, and Rapscallion.
Those who pay more than the threshold (average) price, which is set at $29.95 to start, also get our entire Bonus Collection with five more games and supplements worth an additional $67.50, including The Between (Gauntlet Publishing, retail price $15), plus its Season 2 expansion (retail $6); Hearts of Wulin (Gauntlet, retail $15); Voidheart Symphony (UFO Press, retail $20); and Bite Marks (Black Armada, retail $11.50).
I'll be honest - there isn't really anything in this offer that engages my attention apart from Pigsmoke, which (since I used to work in education) reminds me of why I'm so glad I retired, and gives a glimpse of the horrors that magic might have added to my job. Given the wide mix of genres I think it may be a good idea to look at this one and decide how much of it you need. In my case it would be worth getting the Starter Collection (to get Pigsmoke a little cheaper) but not the Bonus Collection, others might only want one item from the bonus collection, which might well be cheaper on its own.
